We Deliver
We ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and sometimes Wednesdays of each week. We close out ordering of many of our products on Sunday evening for the coming week as they must be prepared freshly for us and frozen to pick up for shipment. (during Holidays & Harvest we may ship additional days). Most orders that come in after Tuesday will go into the following week's orders. Inquire with us about your order. Chile Monster ONLY GUARANTEES 2 day transit or better on all perishable items. Selecting a lesser service is at the customers' own risk.
Please be there for the arrival of your package, and if perishable, get in refrigeration immediately. We are not responsible for shipments that sit outside once delivered.
