Customers ordering perishables agree that by selecting either ground service, home delivery, or 3 day Express is their own risk of the product not arriving in good order/perished. Chile Monster guarantees 2 day air or overnight delivery on perishable shipping ONLY.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
At this time, Chile Monster ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
We ship all products we directly carry on Mondays, Tuesdays and sometimes Wednesdays of each week (additional days during the Holiday Season, and close out orders on Monday evenings. If your order is received Tuesday or later, your order will go in for the following weeks orders. Chile Monster guarantees perishable orders with a 2-day transit or overnight air only. The customer accepts all risk of perishables shipping via ground, home, or 3 day Express delivery. Please pay attention to the tracking information sent once your order has shipped and be there for arrival of your package to get it immediately refrigerated. Chile Monster is not responsible for shipments left outside on porches in hot temperatures.
*Ristras, candles, and items from some of our boutique products ship directly from the manufacturer and will not fall under the guidelines of Monday/Tuesday shipping. Ristras can take longer to ship due to the "treating" and drying process. Email us with any questions you have.
All items are final sale. You may not return any items including perishable items. If you have a problem with a product you received, you must contact us within 1 week of receipt with pictures of all packaging and the product as well as a description of the problem for a potential replacement.
