All orders containing Monroe's Restaurant products ship on Tuesday/Wednesday only. Orders must be in by Friday at noon Mountain Time to be shipped on the following Tuesday/Wednesday. Orders that come in after Friday at 12 pm will go into the following week's orders.
Ingredients: hatch red chile puree, shredded pork, corn masa, spices.

Always cook from frozen!!!
Steam 20-30 minutes until hot all the way through. Or microwave for 2 minutes 30 seconds on high.
Once the tamales are hot all the way through, unwrap, remove husk and smother with your red or green chile and cheese. Enjoy.
